Aquila Rey JV, LLC (Aquila Rey) is a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between Eagle TG, LLC, and Solerity, Inc. Together, we bring a unique mix of industry-leading expertise and diverse past performance to the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies. Eagle TG, the managing member, was founded in 2012 and is a tribally owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB with extensive past performance in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software development, and middleware. Solerity, the mentor of the JV, was founded in 1991 and has numerous cloud, engineering services, and program management contracts across the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and the Intelligence Community.
Aquila Rey delivers information technology management, development, and operation services to our Defense and Federal clients. We leverage the expertise of our members and their processes which are rated Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development and Service Maturity Level 3, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certified.
