Aquila Rey JV, LLC (Aquila Rey) is a partnership between Eagle TG, LLC, and Solerity, Inc. Together, they bring a unique mix of industry-leading expertise and diverse past performance in the Department of Defense and Federal Agencies. Eagle TG, the managing member, was founded in 2012. Eagle TG has extensive past performance in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software development, and middleware. Eagle TG is a tribally owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Solerity, Inc., the mentor of the Joint Venture, was founded in 1991 and has numerous cloud, engineering services, and program management contracts across the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice and the Intelligence Community.
Aquila Rey delivers information technology management, development, and operation services to our Defense and Federal clients. We leverage the expertise of our members and their processes which are Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development Level 3, CMMI Service Level 3, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 rated.
